You can op to have your bike shipped to your or pick it up in Malaga.
In case you want to pick it up, let us know by sending, by replying to the e-mail confirmation of the order or by contacting us via general email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone (+34) 711010728.
SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES
All bikes will be shipped with Correos. The shipping costs will be 90 euro including VAT. The delivery times can be found below.
Shipping will take place when you get our order confirmation (coincides with time of payment received). When you get it before 16:00, it’ll be shipped that day, otherwise the day after.
If your country is not listed, contact us and we’ll let you know.

Missed the delivery of your bike?
If you miss the postal delivery agent you’ll find a notification of the post company. They will have left a note with contact info where to find and pick-up your bike.
In the unlikely case that you have second thoughts about the bike, you have 30 days to bring it back to us in Malaga or send it back (costs paid by buyer and responsible for damages/disappearance during return). We advise to return it with track & trace.
After receipt of the bike, we’ll refund you the amount of the bike within 2 working days.
* Returns are only possible within 30 days.
* The product must be new and unused.
* The product must be undamaged.
* No attempt has been made to restore a possible defect.
* The product must be in its original packaging.
